Intake for tomorrow:
Not counting fruits and veggies.
Breakfast: Banana protein smoothie = 110 cal
Lunch: cucumber slices, carrot slices, celery slices, fat-free italian dressing(15 cal), light peach yogurt(80 cal) = 95
Snack: Pure Protein s’mores protein bar = 180
Dinner: no clue.
So far: 385/1200
:)
and going to the gym tomorrow!

s-afe asked: Im just replying to your what is a binge post, my answer was too long to fit in the box :s. I think you have to define a binge for yourself, for me its when i eat a whole lot of junk food in one go, or i eat a days worth of calories in one meal or snack, but for others its eating a bowl of pasta. It's really up to your own opinion though. Hope that helps. xx

I make a point to eat at least 1200 EVERY day. I was doing around 600-800 for a while in December, and my body’s only just beginning to forgive me for that. 2011 is going to be the year of health and fitness for me. :]

yeee, February, time to get rid of some bad habits. Let’s see how many of these I can actually stick to. If I manage to stick to these for the whole month, I’m going to be so proud of myself.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day
2. No junk food
3. Only eat in the kitchen
4. Do cardio at least 30 minutes 3 times each week
5. Eat mostly vegetables and fruits

seeing that number on the scale drop? it’s incredible.
I'm making my daily allowance 1200 calories.
It’s healthier, and less stressful.
Any more calories over that and I do that many crunches/jumping jacks/or leg lifts.
